Shout for Joy to the Lord
Lyrics
Verse
Shout for joy to the Lord all the earth
Serve the Lord with gladness not mirth
Come before him with joyous song
Know that he is God all along
Verse 2
It is he who made us not we
We are his people the flock in his lea
Enter his gates with thanksgiving
And his courts with praise ever living
Chorus
For the Lord is good his love endures
His faithfulness through just and pure
From generation to generation true
Praise his name in all you do
Verse 3
Give thanks to him and bless his name
His kindness never ends or wane
For the Lord is good and always near
In every moment year by year
Bridge
Know this now when trials come
His love will be your beating drum
Faithful through storm and shining sun
Praise him all his works are done
Chorus
For the Lord is good his love endures
His faithfulness through just and pure
From generation to generation true
Praise his name in all you do
