Love Poured Out on the Tree (Acoustic Worship)

Verse 1

I came with empty hands

Dust on my knees

You met me in the valley

And called me clean

At the rough old wood

My shame fell down

Your mercy stayed

When the world walked out

Pre-Chorus

Now I stand amazed

At the wound and the love

The veil was torn

And the Father ran to us

Chorus

Love poured out on the tree

Love poured out on me

Blood and grace, my only plea

Love poured out on the tree

Love poured out on the tree

You gave it all for me

Verse 2

Thorns on the Holy brow

Nails in the night

Still You prayed for mercy

With tears in Your eyes

Every broken breath

Spoke peace to my soul

I was lost in the dark

Now I’m held and made whole

Pre-Chorus

Now I stand amazed

At the wound and the love

The veil was torn

And the Father ran to us

Chorus

Love poured out on the tree

Love poured out on me

Blood and grace, my only plea

Love poured out on the tree

Love poured out on the tree

You gave it all for me

Bridge

Nothing I bring

Could buy this grace

Only the Lamb

Could take my place

So I will kneel

And I will sing

All that I am

Belongs to the King

Final Chorus

Love poured out on the tree

Love poured out on me

Blood and grace, my only plea

Love poured out on the tree

Love poured out on the tree

You gave it all for me

Love poured out on the tree

Love poured out on me
