Waters of New Life (Baptism Worship)
Lyrics
Verse 1
I step into the water now
Leaving the old life on the shore
Buried with Jesus in His death
I won't be who I was before
Chorus
Waters of new life
Washing over me
Raised with Christ, I'm living
Forever free
Verse 2
The heavens open over me
I hear the Father's voice of love
You are my child, I'm pleased with you
Your Spirit falling like a dove
Bridge
Old things have passed away
All things are new today
I rise, I rise
In Jesus' name
Chorus
Waters of new life
Washing over me
Raised with Christ, I'm living
Forever free
