Jesus In The Dark (Worship Ballad)

Verse 1

When my hands won’t lift

You’re still holding mine

In the ash and ache

You speak life to the blind

I’ve been counting scars

You’ve been counting me

Pre-Chorus

Jesus, hear me now

Closer than my breath

Jesus, carry me

Through the valley’s edge

Chorus

Jesus in the dark

Jesus in the dark

You are still my light

You are still my light

Jesus in the dark

Jesus in the dark

When I cannot see

You are holding me (holding me)

Verse 2

There’s a broken road

And a ruined plan

Still Your mercy meets

Every trembling hand

You don’t turn away

From the wreck I bring

Pre-Chorus

Jesus, hear me now

Closer than my breath

Jesus, carry me

Through the valley’s edge

Chorus

Jesus in the dark

Jesus in the dark

You are still my light

You are still my light

Jesus in the dark

Jesus in the dark

When I cannot see

You are holding me (holding me)

Bridge

I was lost in the night

You knew my name

I was drowning deep

You called me safe

Now I’ll sing it out

Through the pain

Jesus, Jesus

You remain (You remain)

Chorus

Jesus in the dark

Jesus in the dark

You are still my light

You are still my light

Jesus in the dark

Jesus in the dark

When I cannot see

You are holding me (holding me)
