Hold My Jesus (Contemporary Worship)

Verse 1

When my hands shake low

And my prayer feels small

I still call Your name

Through the heavy hall

You find me there

On the edge of tears

Like a Father near

Pre-Chorus

And I lift my eyes

Past the broken night

Past the ache inside

You are still my light

Chorus

Hold my Jesus, hold my Jesus

When I can't stand up

Hold my Jesus, hold my Jesus

You are more than enough

Take my fear

Take my pain

Lead me home again

Hold my Jesus, hold my Jesus

Till the storm says amen

Verse 2

There were days I ran

From the weight I wore

But Your mercy came

And it knocked on my door

You knew my scars

You knew my name

Still You stayed the same

Pre-Chorus

Now I let it go

Every buried thing

Every shattered hope

Every restless ring

Chorus

Hold my Jesus, hold my Jesus

When I can't stand up

Hold my Jesus, hold my Jesus

You are more than enough

Take my fear

Take my pain

Lead me home again

Hold my Jesus, hold my Jesus

Till the storm says amen

Bridge

You are peace for my soul

You are bread for my hunger

You are close when I fall

You are stronger and stronger

So I rest in Your hands

I rest in Your promise

Even here in the dark

You are holding on to me

Final Chorus

Hold my Jesus, hold my Jesus

When I can't stand up

Hold my Jesus, hold my Jesus

You are more than enough

Take my fear

Take my pain

Lead me home again

Hold my Jesus, hold my Jesus

Till the storm says amen

Hold my Jesus, hold my Jesus

Till the storm says amen
