Faithful in the Waiting (Modern Worship)

Verse 1

When the answer seems so far

And the silence fills the room

I will hold to what You said

Lord, Your timing is never soon or late

Chorus

You are faithful in the waiting

You are steady when I'm weak

Jesus, I will trust Your heart

Even when You do not speak

Verse 2

Every season has a purpose

Every seed will find the sun

I will rest inside Your promise

Till the work in me is done

Bridge

I will wait, I will wait on You

Every word You speak is true

Chorus

You are faithful in the waiting

You are steady when I'm weak

Jesus, I will trust Your heart

Even when You do not speak
