You Hold My Tomorrow (Christian Worship)

Verse 1

Morning comes with open hands

And I bring my shaking heart

All my plans are paper thin

When the night has torn them apart

Still You meet me in the quiet

With Your mercy in the light

Pre-Chorus

So I lift my eyes

To the One who stays

When my feet can’t find

The path through the haze

Chorus

You hold my tomorrow

(You hold my tomorrow)

You hold my tomorrow

And I am not afraid

You hold my tomorrow

(You hold my tomorrow)

Your love goes before me

You make a way

Verse 2

When the valley feels too long

And the tears won’t leave my face

You are nearer than my breath

Steady in the broken place

Every fear that calls my name

Meets Your promise and it fades

Pre-Chorus

So I lift my eyes

To the One who stays

When my feet can’t find

The path through the haze

Chorus

You hold my tomorrow

(You hold my tomorrow)

You hold my tomorrow

And I am not afraid

You hold my tomorrow

(You hold my tomorrow)

Your love goes before me

You make a way

Bridge

You are my anchor

You are my song

When the storm is loud

You carry me on

You are faithful

You are true

I trust the future

I trust in You

Chorus

You hold my tomorrow

(You hold my tomorrow)

You hold my tomorrow

And I am not afraid

You hold my tomorrow

(You hold my tomorrow)

Your love goes before me

You make a way
