Thorns Became His Crown (Cinematic Worship)

Verse 1

They twisted thorns together

And pressed them on His head

The soldiers laughed and mocked Him

While the King of Heaven bled

Chorus

Thorns became His crown

The cross became His throne

Jesus wore my shame

So I would not be alone

Verse 2

He did not curse the hammer

He did not call for war

He whispered, Father, forgive them

That's what He suffered for

Bridge

Crowned in thorns

Crowned in love

Jesus, King

Sent from above

Chorus

Thorns became His crown

The cross became His throne

Jesus wore my shame

So I would not be alone
