Open Hands Rise (Christian Mid-Tempo)

Verse 1

I came in tired and thin

With dust on my shoes

Carried a whole week long

That I couldn't lose

You met me at the door

With mercy in Your eyes

Like water on a flame

You brought me back to life

Pre-Chorus

And I feel it now

The room is changing

My heart is bowing

My fear is breaking

Chorus

Open hands rise, open hands rise

I belong to You tonight

Open hands rise, open hands rise

You are good and You are mine

Open hands rise, open hands rise

I was lost, now I'm alive

Open hands rise, open hands rise

I belong to You tonight

Verse 2

When the grave comes knocking hard

And my faith runs low

You speak a better word

I am not alone

You find the cracked-up places

You call them holy ground

What I could not hold together

You are holding now

Pre-Chorus

And I feel it now

The room is changing

My heart is bowing

My fear is breaking

Chorus

Open hands rise, open hands rise

I belong to You tonight

Open hands rise, open hands rise

You are good and You are mine

Open hands rise, open hands rise

I was lost, now I'm alive

Open hands rise, open hands rise

I belong to You tonight

Bridge

You stay when the shadows fall

You stay through it all

You stay when the walls shake

You stay through it all

So here is my yes again

Here is my song again

With open hands, I run to You

With open hands, I run to You

Chorus

Open hands rise, open hands rise

I belong to You tonight

Open hands rise, open hands rise

You are good and You are mine

Open hands rise, open hands rise

I was lost, now I'm alive

Open hands rise, open hands rise

I belong to You tonight
