Hands Raised in the Rain (Modern Worship)

Verse 1

Caught between the doubt and the daylight

Same old fear keeps talking me down

But You walk in calm like a sunrise

Every shadow falls to the ground

Chorus

Hands raised in the rain

I remember Your faithfulness again

Every promise You have spoken

Holds me steady while I'm broken

Hands raised in the rain

I am covered by the mercy in Your name

Verse 2

Pages worn and folded at the edges

Stories of a fire in a cloud

If You split the sea for Your people

You can carry me through this now

Chorus

Hands raised in the rain

I remember Your faithfulness again

Every promise You have spoken

Holds me steady while I'm broken

Hands raised in the rain

I am covered by the mercy in Your name
