Follow Jesus Wherever He Goes (Uplifting Contemporary)

Verse 1

Leave the nets beside the shore, there's a calling on the wind

A voice that says come follow, let a brand new life begin

I don't know every turning, I don't see the end of the road

But I know the One who's leading, and He carries every load

Chorus

I will follow Jesus wherever He goes

Through the valley, through the fire, through the rain and the snow

His love never fails me, His mercy overflows

I will follow Jesus wherever He goes

Verse 2

When the storms are raging and the waves are rising high

He is walking on the water, He is closer than the sky

When my heart is weary and I'm falling to my knees

He lifts me up again, He's everything I need

Chorus

I will follow Jesus wherever He goes

Through the valley, through the fire, through the rain and the snow

His love never fails me, His mercy overflows

I will follow Jesus wherever He goes

Bridge

Step by step, day by day

You are the Truth, the Life, the Way

Step by step, hand in hand

On Your promise I will stand

Chorus

I will follow Jesus wherever He goes

Through the valley, through the fire, through the rain and the snow

His love never fails me, His mercy overflows

I will follow Jesus wherever He goes
