Be Still and Know (Ambient Soft)

Spoken Intro

Be still, and know that He is God.

Drop all striving and simply rest in His loving presence.

Verse 1

In stillness, Lord, we meet with You,

Away from all the noise and crowd,

Refreshing what is worn and new,

While earthly voices murmur loud.

Spoken Interlude

Rest here as long as you need.

You are cradled in a love that asks nothing of you.

Let each breath arrive, then leave, without hurry.

Verse 2

Your quiet mercy settles near,

A gentle hand upon the heart;

The burdens we have carried here

May loosen, one by one, apart.

Spoken Outro

Stay in this peace a little longer.

God is near. You are held. You may rest.
